Singapore Freediving Academy Training



First of all, welcome. You are probably viewing this page because you want to improve your freediving and take it to the next level. Or, you may simply want to build on different aspects such as mental skills, relaxation and enjoy being in the water

Trainings are run weekly (excluding PH) under the instruction and guidance of a coach. The aim of the program will be to improve your freediving ability by focusing on a range of aspects including base-training, cardio, hypercapnic tolerance, hypoxic tolerance, lactic-acid tolerance, relaxation and mental skills. By participating, you can expect to improve your freediving.


To participate, you’ll need to have completed a short (15mins) induction program and have completed a freediving (pool) course.  Sessions are $25/session but you can purchase a 10-session bulk at $200 or a monthly unlimited pass at $100. You’ll need to have your own freediving gear. Scuba gear or swimming training gear will suffice (although not ideal). We carry a selection of gear which you may purchase at .

o   Weekends – Queenstown Swimming Complex

o   Fins

o   Mask/goggles/noseclip

o   Neckweight / Weight belt

o   Waterproof watch/timer
